SCBD is like an elite area, that why it gave a vibes like in Dubai. Only very rich people lives at there (the apartment rent price is crazy for average people lol). And the hotel and mall also more expensive compared with other hotel and mall outside SCBD area (jakarta has a looooooootttttt of mall)
