My sister had business and house in Cambridge. But we don't prefer to live on these 401 highway belt cities because QEW side is green belt cities. Means Niagara falls to Montreal main tourist places and Industries located, where GTA pass through. Also main New York and east area USA by road visitors travel through QEW, but 401 side Detroit city doesn't give that much traffic. So this is my opinion

One of my friends moved from MISSISSAUGA to Kitchener just to live in a 3500 sqft house (Triple Garage). Now after living 1 year in Kitchener he is started cursing Kitchener. Kitchener is far away from the centre of attractions of GTA Toronto. KITCHENER is chosen by those who couldn't afford GTA (TORONTO)
