It seems that your bag doesn’t have a cloth leather tag that says “made in”. I just bought a preloved bag and it doesn’t have it. I’m nervous it could be fake but it says it’s authenticated before even listing it.

I saw your video about a cancelled order issue you had. I’m guessing LV reached out to you and sent you the item? I have issues with them about subpar quality of items I’ve ordered in the last 2 month. Do you have any advise for me on how to get through to them? I have called, emailed and texted yet no resolution to my issues.

Eve Fortier I’m so sorry to hear that was your experience! Unfortunately there was no resolution on my order with the mini pochette after my numerous conversations with them over time. Basically they said “too bad, your item wasn’t able to be for filled within the 20days so we had to cancel it” I then found noticed that some people managed to get their hands on it not long after my order got canceled, and I believe that my item that was canceled was one of the items they said they couldn’t for fill because they must have come in after my order got canceled. I would suggest going into your local LV store and bringing it up with them. Physically talk to a staff member about your struggles and concerns and most of the time they will be able to help you out, if not give you some answers or find someone more suited to answer your questions. I’ve had good and bad experiences with the LV customer service teams over the phone. But again. I would highly suggest going in to the store so you can’t be ignored ❤️ Keep me updated!
