M.A.D. Mark is just mark but he was put into the spectrum of alternates When N (the alternate) infected mark with M.A.D. (Which pushes people to insanity) resulting in make going M.A.D. And distorting his body to the weird proportions you see in the video. It also might have made him immune to weapons because in hopeless of a gift N shot mark too many times to count and he wasn’t even phased. But he reacts when N punches him and in the end you see his right arm has been broken off.
