Salt Lake RTO does not give smart cards for Blue book & License. I was refused to get bhanser ( Entry Permit) to enter Nepal on 10/11/23 on the basis of soft copy. I had pay IC Rs 1500/- as bribe to get the permit instead of IC Rs 500/-. Stupid Salt Lake RTO is responsible for my harrassment.

They need original RC..... Same happened with a person in front of me...... But he get refused......

Very unfortunate that you dint receive RC. But there is a story behind all these virtual /hard copy RC and am not sure how authentic what I came to know from my salesman of my dealer. They were repeatedly requested me not to download virtual RC if I want hard copy to be delivered at my home address. But I did updated or added my RC details in M-Parivahan app and also received RC in one month time at home which appearing to be so so much important what I thought then. Hope this information will be helpful to others in coming days. Thanks
