Yes, but on normal servers the zombies are stronger and there are more of them. + let's not forget that on shared servers ping and fps will always be worse than on a single server. I won't even mention that even though you are alone, only runners pose a danger to you. Otherwise, the combat tactics are normal, and given the good ping and fps, it is much easier to fight.

Well it's possible but the amount of luck, skills and patience you require is insane. If a bomber is about to explode and a runner grabs you you can survive thanks to the inmune animation that you get after surviving a runner tackle which will alow you to get down without sacrificing. Still, it would be even harder to survive the bomber rush.
