when you say that we can refer to past incidents (at 3:54) , does that mean we can make up said instances, or do they have to be mentioned in the text?

@AdamCroft-fp1wp to be honest if you're only a few marks off, it's worth a remark. English marking is famously subjective (and sometimes quite wrong!)
