The sound quality on this was excellent! Not much more I can say other than I recommend buying it. Not just as record salesman, but as a Pink Floyd fan and listener. Having this finally released as an official piece in their catalog is truly a treat. Also, sorry I didn't open the gatefold. After making the video, I realized that may have been a piece that you may have wanted to see. In the future I will keep my personal copy set aside and use a different one to completely move the shrink wrap if necessary. Thanks for watching!

That album is basically a fraud as far as I know, they cut great gig, Money and any color you like so it will fit the single record, it was written edit only on the vinyl itself and not on the package! The CD and online versions are the full one plus the fact that in the CD there are photos from the concert, so basically we are paying more to get less…

I got to see the gatefold from the CD when I did box set review. The collector in me just can’t remove shrink…even though I had to for the box set

Poly-lined inner! Sure wish they’d have used those on the albums of the 2018 remix of Animals. I’m sure you’ve heard all about those flaws. I bought two and neither was without the glue marks from the paper inner sleeve.

The whole concert would have been much better. I purchased this of course, but would have gladly paid more for a double vinyl that included the first set and encores.

anyone who has a 20+ year old record with the shrink wrap still on knows how terrible of an idea it is to keep it on.

I’ve rarely seen that. Especially with new pressings after being opened. That is usually only the case with a sealed record and the shrink wrap was too tight.

It's good release BUT!!! why do they cut such a great show? Soon they will release box with whole show. Sure about that

Yes, it has been released before! Came as a bonus disc on the DSOTM Experience Edition (which I own a copy of). I think that version is only released on CD tbh. And I'm a CD person, so I actually don't need this vinyl. However, still a great "solo" release of course. Love the artwork and the poster. 🙏🏻

What exactly is the point in keeping it in shrinkwrap when you can put it in a protective sleeve?

To me, shrink wrap (and hype sticker) is preferred to be left one. It adds to the overall appearance and collectibility. It will be placed in a sleeve as well.

@@collectco. its a digital recording. Its a CD dressed up as an lp. It has no long term value and the sticker obtructs the album cover. The shrinkwrap will shrink more in time causing the aleeve to warp. It makes no sense at all. I throw stickers in the garbage. I mean who cares. Van Halens 1984..sticker on the cigarette box...fuck that. So now you don't even open a gatefold leaving the sleeve squeeezed in the wrapping when they have completely good double outer sleeve protectors.

I wish it came with a couple of stickers as well …but still a very nice package… maybe all they really needed to do for the 50th… Too many remasters of the album proper to bother with a reissue…

The live versions of these tracks are much longer than their studio recordings.
