design looks nice.. But the tall building without windows... it's like saying were stuck with no way out... I'd like to see a building where no matter where you looked out, you'd have a view.. the views would be amazing from that building.. But for now, it's a block dome... suggestion, have a design competition amongst Chicago's architects.
