I have two pixies n I love them but one is not working n didn't start to fly n other one starts but didn't go up high. How I can fix them plz help?

I’m sorry but it didn’t work for my daughter.. it flys higher and higher and doesn’t work with hand .Obviously not for indoor at all …and we let it fly outside..will be gone 🙄

I think the one you are talking about is the flutterbye fairies and they are made by the same company as this one so it all works together

Literal most disappointing. Ours (and we bought two) did not fly like this. They immediately launch into the air and into the ceiling (we have high ceilings too) and back down to the floor. We did the instructions by the book over and over. And almost every time they would hit the ceiling and a wing would pop off and they would crash down to the ground. No hovering. And they make the loudest most godawful sound lol My kids were so disappointed.
