Agreed. Their head sculpts have all been exceptional on this line. They’ve clearly stepped up their game. I’m curious if they’re using Disney’s 3D scans of the actors heads. It would explain the consistent likeness we’re seeing

That Baylor Skoll is a nice tribute to Ray, I wasn't expecting this because of likeness rights, whoever gave permission many thanks, both these figures will make fine additions to Star Wars collections everywhere!

Likeness rights are one of the first things they do. I mean they were even scanning the actors back when making TPM. And getting actors to sign likeness rights back in the seventies!

I’m really hoping they find someone that can continue Ray’s role as Baylan. His character was done perfectly and I thought his story arch was very interesting so I’d hate to see it abandoned or just “concluded” in another season or whatever.

For folks who either loved that series (or those characters alone), or who collect all SW sixth-scale figures, a fantastic preview. I don't fall into either camp, so I'll admire from afar. But yes, this Ahsoka line of figures has one amazing figure after another. Your Vader (from Kenobi) review, though, did make me throw my name into the wait list camp. Also, is Tucker an Irish wolfhound?

Yes the Ashoka line looks great. However Rogue One got screwed because we didn’t get everyone!!! But I’m liking these Sith. Definitely am going to get Baylon. Too bad we won’t see where he would’ve taken this character.

I’m so glad to hear you like the head sculpt jedha I agree with you but have been hearing so many people say they don’t like the heads for them! Someone else on KZbin said baylin looks like a bobble head! But I agree in thinking the ahsoka line will take the crown for best line up of figures from a series and will dethrone rogue one

I agree this line up has great characters and they are pushing hard with beautiful head sculpts that have rolling eyes. The only thing that is missing is good accessories on Baylan he should come with the Map (ball) and it should split in half when he destroyed it on the episode or maybe two One clean and the other battle damaged. That was the icing on the cake but hot toys dropped the ball once again it’s like they have something that’s 99% awesome and then the one percent that would make the figure 💯 they just don’t make the extra effort and ruin it shame fall.

Rogue One is BY FAR a better movie, than Ashoka was as a series. (Not to say Ashoka was bad, far from it! And it’s not done yet..) That being said, the photos we’ve seen of the Ashoka figure line so far, I’d say surpasses the high bar of the Rogue One figure line. 👏

These are probably two of the best figures they’ve done in a while. Didn’t care for the characters at first, but they’re probably the best thing in the show, besides the returning Prequel character Ahsoka meets while unconscious. And I have no intention of getting any of them. In fact, I only picked up Morgan Elsbeth and Sabine Wren from the Black Series, with Thrawn on the way. No other interest in picking up the other characters even in that line. Definitely not getting any of the Hot Toys. Already went apeshit with the Hot Toys Mandalorian series.

No offense, but Shin's headsculpt is neither "unbelievable" or "on the money". Likeness is significantly off. Eyes too small, bridge of nose is too wide. I've no doubt HT will refine the likeness before it's released, but they definitely didn't nail the likeness like they did with Sabine.
