Knull as a Legendary doesnt do him justice. He seems more like an Epic Campaign character like Apoc or a Dark Dimension character.

If you are really into War an argument can definitely be made for Ronin because of his city and skill tag! Tigra as well though I would wait and see if they “unlock” parts of her kit outside of war like they did for Mockingbird
