The trem at 7:11 would have been KILLER on an OLD BEATLES song. So KOOL we got it made today. wish I had this stuff in the 7O's. Wobbler is approaching that Magnatone type Vib/trem. The old Wham album by Lonnie Mack has the tremelo/vib, on quite a few songs.

Fun fact: I never wanted an offset until you got those (3? lol) Suhr Jazzmasters. Now I need one. So thanks.

They were the Brown Face Fenders Greatest extra item. Magnatone had the real Radical Awesome sounding one Pitch Shifting Vibrato/tremelo.

Seriously, I love Kemper, Long time fan and they have been known for the incredible free updates. I just wish for the perception of the company they had released this update that was previewed so long ago, before the whole kemper player fiasco. Its a tough rapidly changing market in the guitar effects world. Kemper is still very much relevant imo. A Kemper 2.0 with more powerful processing, more detailed AI captures that takes advantage of kempers incredible knowledge of sound and years of development and I would buy it just because and I dont even have time to play what I have enough.

Unfortunately their marketing department is really really bad. They should have released this free update to the Player BEFORE releasing the paid upgrades...horrendous marketing error. I'm wondering what's next. We have the Head, Rack, Stage and Player....what's next, there has to be something new?

Just tried them out and they are so good. Very rich

I never really cared about the Beta versions until now. Any good idea about when the final version with these comes out? 🙃
@robertsimpson5801Ай бұрын
What makes this a full number upgrade? It seems like the big news is a few tremolo algorithms, but nothing all that major…

Be brave. Put a Kemper Fuzz upfront, slow down the tremelo and play some Hendrix.

So does the Quad Cortex or ToneX have Tremelos of this quality???

IMO, no

What speakers are you using with the Kemper?
@ToneJunkieTVАй бұрын
You’re hearing the direct signal but we use a kemper kab that is sitting just off screen next to Hw in the room.

8:50= “tres por segundo” translates to “three for two” or “three per second” depends on the context. idk where the reference comes from so i dont know which it may be.✌🏾
@rhoydotpАй бұрын
it’s probably 3 per second. 3x2 would be tres por dos

Great! Now all the three year olds will stop wailing “where’s the effects we were promised “, and they’ll never use them… I find the Slicer to be more of a creative tool. Can wait to try it out. Glad to hear HW also has no concerns about using a beta live. It’s never let me down in ten years.

They had these at Namm, surprised it has taken so long to come out, I just got tired of waiting and went with Fractal, and Glad I did.

Too little too late, when Kemper updates their capture algorithm to be competitive with Tonex and QC then these updates might be more meaningful. Until then I think they are out of the loop, toast. Thx for the Video!

Awesome video as always, guys! And THANK YOU IKMultim…. I mean…. Ugh… Kemper!!! 😆🤣😇
@NO-TALK-GuitarPluginАй бұрын
Tremolos are the right topic for an old technology running on an old nxp dsp 😂 Kemper did invent the vintage digital amp. The only one to offer a fuzzy sound in all the high gain profiles and a compressed feel on all the clean / low gain profiles 😂 (that compression that i loved until i was bored)
@WagooАй бұрын
It's using a 56720 (which is dual core so 2x200MHz) - while yes, it's an old DSP.. Kemper (who are really Access, behind the Virus synthesizers) have decades of experience with this family of DSPs.. and program them in low level DSP machine code. So you can still get a lot out of them 🤘

The notalkguitarampplug troll has arrived. This guy trolls every Kemper video. Funny that the Kemper Liquid Profiling algorithm is 18% more accurate than the Quad Cortex that uses dual sharc chips. And the Kemper still has a better latency than any Fractal unit when you add a Cabinet and FX to the Fractal. So Christophe Kemper obviously knows how to write algorithms better than the competition.
