At 3:20 when she cannot tell what the buttons are - those are the buttons for the transmission. Note in her review she never tells you how to put the car into Drive, Reverse, Park, etc. The only thing that is missing from her interior description is how to set those controls. So by deduction, the buttons under the screen are not AC/heat controls but rather the transmission settings. Unless someone out there know where those settings are!
