We didn't actually get to bend any PMMA pipes, but join us as we worked on MMX during the 1st until the 5th of November 2022, so the vibraphone may receive its droppers, just like it was always intended.

Man, I wish there wasn't an entire ocean between us. I'd love to help bring the MMX dream to life. Although honestly, I'm afraid I don't have many skills that would actually be that helpful. Like, I can't weld anything more than two flat plates edge-to-edge (and even that not well). Still, it's wonderful to see the MMX mantle be taken up by such a dedicated, skilled team. :) Keep up the good work!

Seeing the amount of people and effort put into the machine it feels weirdly harder to make it then when Martin did it, even though he was only one man. I think he hides the amount of work and only shows the problem solving process, which is more fun for watching, but hides the amount of work that goes into it.

I know these videos are a serious topic. I have watched the first five with an absolute electrically charged body of excitement with barely breathing a full breath! It is good to see another team take on the problem of bringing these instruments back into life. However ... I am left with one question ... What is Wilson thinking about all of this? I find it funny and pathetic that the community has to finish the MMX. Because I've been saying he will never finish it, he kept changing things and cutting things, instead of just finishing it. He took everyone's money and sold dumb t-shirts of something NOT FINISHED!!
