One observation, when squeezing the juices out of your limes/lemon, avoid the seeds. When the seeds are cooked, they are very bitter. Use the little strainer/sieve I saw in one of the other videos that will be used for the flour. Yes, I always washed my meats before cooking, always. Blessings.

The only things I put above the fridge are things I only use a few times a year. Like big serving platters and holiday dishes because it’s not worth the stretch or bringing out a ladder to get it all the time. 😂

They have a four year old child in their house. Children at that age get into everything! Sometime they wake up quite early, before the others, and go to the kitchen to play with the sharp objects. I know from experience; my kids did that! Joyce is doing the right thing by placing these items out of her young son's reach. I am sure that in a couple of years, when Jimmy is older and wiser, the sharp items will be placed in the kitchen drawers.

Joyce is right washing the meat even though it looked fresh. Meat is handled by many hands before its sold to us. I use a separate basin for cleaning, washing and preparing poultry, meat and fish and use lemons and vinegar in the process. Cleaning up after is also essential as well as wearing gloves.
