@DforDrive-tf6yc I thought so but just wanted to double check, yellow zigzag lines are no stopping clearways which means no parking, no loading, no unloading, no boarding and no alighting, you’re allowed to stop on any no stopping clearway due to reasons beyond your control, for example, breaking down or stuck in a traffic jam, but, as school entrance markings are there for safety reasons I’d play the no stopping game, if I noticed a stationary queue of traffic I’d check my mirrors and I’d slow down to 1mph and I’d keep slowly moving along at 1mph and then if I’m lucky the traffic will start to move and I don’t stop on the yellow zigzag lines, but of course, if you literally have no other choice but to stop then you have to stop, I imagine yellow zigzag lines and bus stops as having double red lines, meaning no parking, no loading, no unloading, no boarding and no alighting but you’re absolutely fine to stop if forced to do so by stationary traffic.
