The diversity of backgrounds, specialties, and interests on our team as well as in the work we take on is one of the primary reasons for our success as creative engineers and solvers of massive, complex problems.
To that end, First Mode brings a multitalented array of electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineers together with planetary scientists, thermal scientists, geologists, astrophysicists, electro-mechanical technicians, project managers, designers, business analysts, and so many more.
Why do it this way? Because the problems of this world are simply too huge, too varied, and too unpredictable to be solved by too few-in other words, we’re only as strong as the diversity of perspectives our team is made up of.
