Ive been testing my mini CAR CAMPER aka the Biscuit Tin on my latest trip but there's one last thing i need to test out, the ROOF TENT lets just hope the car doesnt fall over

You were in the 'Have-ren' forest, and the source of the severn trail is definitely worth doing, I don't remember it being 12 miles though so there's definitely a closer place to start it.

I love Coco's, I'm getting to be a bit of a regular at times when I cba to wander and hunt for park ups. I was there a couple of days later than this, other end of level 3 sitting in my tent in the wind and rain lol

It is a bit weird isn't it, you get 140 acres to find a spot and someone always plonks themselves next to you. Bit like parking in a car park miles from any other car only to have a car parked right next to you when you return. I guess people are like magnets.

With a campsite that big, what you could have done is, drive on to the edge of the hill for the views and your dinner while light, then 15 mins before dark and everyone else is set up, drive off and find a quiet spot away from everyone. Quickly pop up the tent, and get your head down. No crying babies all night then.
