He knows when to engage and who he need to target. Also with player like Neme who absorbs pressure he will have a lot of space to do his things.

At 60fps that is a reaction time of 267ms to a minor stimuli. This doesnt mean he had a reaction time of 267 ms while paying attention to a screen waiting for the entire thing to change color, but that he spent a total of 267ms to see a very minor stimuli, proccess exactly what it was, think of a proper response, and send a signal to his hands to start moving all in 267ms.

First scrim he played pretty well, second scrim early game was actually terribly played, espescially getting ganked after baus died there 3 secs ago.
