Today i review the XM Studios Red Death Quarter Scale Statue Prototype from Dark Knights Metal and DC Comics! From XM’s DC Comics Dark Nights: Metal Line 1/4 scale premium collectibles line, comes their Red Death Version A statue. Driven to extremes by his trauma and grief, Earth-12's The Batman chains The Flash to the hood of the Batmobile. Driving himself and The Flash into the Speed Force, the two individuals transform into one. In Bruce’s mind and body, the Flash is trapped. Emerging from the metamorphosis, Red Death appears. In this version, Red Death has Bruce at the helm, and includes a switch-out headsculpt of Bruce.

I was going to ask about keying in the bats as the Batcave Hush was frustrating. I’m not a big flash fan, but I love this piece. I think the bats push it to the next level I like the 2 tone color on them. The also, the multiple texture looks on the statue are awesome! I wish XM would do a dynamic Grim Knight piece.

Everytime I see this piece, I see it as a live-action Red Death suit that could be adapted in one of James Gunn's future DC films. So realistic & awesome at the same time, not to mention the Speed Force energy bats are a great highlight as always!

with you moving into a bigger room, it might be cool to get the XM version of the dark knights metal line, they won't take up as much space as the prime 1 versions and they are all different versions of Batman, it wouldn't be out of place in your collection even though you aren't that attached to the story
