Use the joystick attack button so you can spin easier with one finger while attacking. I moved my attack button from the left and put if on the right so basically I play nurse with just 2 fingers.

with Swfs you have to snowball, some of them do know about countering nurse, like spreading in the map repairing gens and trying to distract you, so what you want to do is move them to one side of the map and slug if you can. That will keep them away from gens and will give you time to snowball.
