@@kiv8998 well I grew up with both languages but as I was born in France then I speak better french than English but like English is my 2nd language. But at school I don't learn anything in English lessons 😅

Super good idea to make sure she speaks multiple languages it's a huge advantage in life. Just make sure she knows you speak English even if you don't use it with her cus I have some friends who grew up this way and they felt like their parents lied to then about understanding x language. Like they say "my dad pretended to not understand English till I was 12 and then I never trusted him".

When you do TDR try to make a right hand swing as well,like you sweep the ground before the left hand touch it. It will give sort of balance and momentum to it.

That’s how I learned Spanish. My dad spoke Danish, as he’s a Dane and we lived in Denmark. My mom spoke Spanish to me as she’s part Uruguayan. My mom also learned Danish however which was useful so she was able to engage in conversations and could listen to what my dad and I were discussing even if she wasn’t directly involved in that conversation. I learned English in school. Also can Emily take classes in Germany since she’s living there? I know in Denmark, our Kommunes have free or small fee Danish classes for immigrants who have gotten their visas to stay long periods such as students, work visas or those who have married a Dane and now emigrating to Denmark. That’s how my mom learned after moving to be with my dad.

Have you tried the duolinguo program? If you haven't, just maybe give it a shot, it looks childish (and believe me, several times when I was little I got sick of it babying me around 😂) but it's helped me learn so much in my spanish. She is so cute!!! Congratulations once again 👍

Congrats on the healthy birth :D. Quick advice though. I dont know much about this topic but I do know a couple of people who tried to make their babies fluent in two languages at a time by speaking to them in both but sometimes they become non fluent in both and have a hard time in life because of it. Again I have no clue about how this works so dont take my words face value. Good luck!
