Seats are matter Not vote percentage For example Let take a example of two party Bjp Comgress Congress is winner In one constitutiency 25 percent vote secured by bjp and gain one seats But another two places only 10 percentage vote secured by each more than others party and secured 2 seats and win But the total no of vote gained by bjp is more than the congress but cngress gain more seats Seats matter In 1984 543 constituency
