Brings back memories - born and raised in NYC, Long Island City one of my stoping grounds (15 min in vid). Industrial area gone upscale in recent years. “Silvercup” sign on what used to be a bakery (whole area used to smell wonderful when bakery vented) - changed to movie studio. Memorable images - snow rarely stays around in NYC, quickly turns to grey, sooty mush. Central Park good venue for chance at clean snow images. City air pollution adds to spectacular sunsets - go figure.

It might be snowing right now but for sure they said Friday morning there should be snow during the morning. You should also take the F train to Smith & 9th Street in Brooklyn. You will get a beautiful shots of the trains rolling in with a backdrop of Manhattan.
