First production line new Sif factory successfully launched

The expansion at our Maasvlakte location is progressing entirely according to plan and within budget.
A lot of work has been done over the past few months to build the new factory on the Maasvlakte. The exterior of the halls, the record field, and all the steelwork and cladding have been completed. The Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance tests for the first new production line have been successfully completed. We are proud to announce that the first production line in the new production process has been launched. The first plates have already been welded and rolled.
