in the raidou games, yoshi is a low-mid level demon, so in a way he is going easy

found out that he only uses yoshi right after he clears debuffs , and at least on hard mode , never misses and always crits. So no debuffs on raidou is way to go. Dante seems to have a similar mechanic.

Hearing Raidou call out his demons' names here, I'm not sure who I prefer for him between Billy Kametz here and Matt Mercer in Soul Hackers. I do like Matt's voice in general, but I will admit that he does sound a bit too matured for how Raidou and Raido look.

This fight was kinda silly for me because after a few turns he was able to get a crazy turn where he wiped my entire party except Demi-fiend, and then I fucking countered with a 500 damage critical to the balls the next turn and he died

You choose who you want to show up in that run and you can't change them unless you do a new game, but they don't affect the game itself any more than that. Their stats and skills are the same, but Dante is DLC because the circumstances that got him into the original Nocturne are not appliable anymore.
