My absolute favourite single outfit of 2023 has got to be Maya in the brown and orange fit in Left Right MV; simply stunning! As much as XG has given us in 2023, and they've given us a lot, I'm sure we're nowhere near the ceiling with the members and we'll get even more perfect moments in 2024!!!!

Maya is my bias for a reason. Both her and Chisa are my biases. They’re all wreckers on any given day. You need to do the Shooting Start First Take and Hesonoo/X-Gene performance video. That vocal that Maya dropped was perfection and I am so glad to se Hinata get a lot more shine.

Absolutely agree with you on all fronts. XG by far as a talent all have their special sauce and cohesiveness is insane. Often times with large groups only 1or 2 members stand out but with them, they all stand strong on the platform. Hinata truly is insane, the MV kind of gave you a peak but the First Take took it to another level. The expression in her face and the way she sings is palpable and you can't help but be touched by it. They all ate. What a way to start your New Year. Always a pleasure to see you express your love for all artists, have a great one!

Honestly artists like Hinata are sneaky good because she seems very “reserved” and “cutesy” but is probably one of the most fiery and swaggy members at her core and that makes her duality super high!

Chisa Yelling - recreates a scene from Love Letter (1995) Japanese movie where characters husband is lost and never found in a snowstorm in the mountains. She goes there to yell out to him "How are you?". She replies to the echo. "I'm doing fine.", knowing the echo is the only response she will ever get. Girls crying - they surprise each of them with a video message from their family who they really have not seen for 5+ years during their training. This XG original song is a unique Christmas gift to us Alphaz and the World

That moment gave me anime vibes like the end of yu yu Hakusho when kagome was waiting for yusuke to come home and yelling at the beach. I’ve seen scenes similar to that So it definitely felt like a re-enactment of something! Thank you for that explanation!

Honestly, I’ve been having to give Hinata her flowers for awhile bc I really didn’t not realize how talented she was at the beginning. I think because her personality wasn’t as aggressive as some of the other but sis has super TALENT! I’m glad I’ve finally awakened 😭😭

YAS! As we way in our household, XG got 3 rappers, 3 vocalists, and a Maya. XD lmfao Happy New Year my guy! EDIT: Yes! Was very pleased that Hinata got her limelight during this release. We've always known she got the vocal pipes to back her position as a vocalist in XG, but she's usually in the back being the support. With a vocal heavy performance like this, she's actually thrust upon the spotlight and she didn't shy away.

2023 was the year that two groups rose to the top of my favorites groups. That’s XG and tripleS (shout out to tripleS for winning female rookie of the year award) . Both groups are killing it and are poised for a huge year this year. But yeah, XG sets the bar high…they are among the best in dancing and performing. I put their vocals on par with anyone… if not better. And their rapping is among the best in 4th gen. There is no stopping XG… they are coming for us this year. Expect them to perform to large crowds when they come to America.

Yes 👍🏽 MAYA is my favorite most of the time too…but each time I watch them I switch to Juria, Harvey, Cocona and Hinata. They are All “ACES”. XG is the best gg since the 90's these ladies dont miss and all their songs ars bangers. Maya and Chisa are my biases, Maya does it all and Chisa sings like your in heaven. Simon did a wonderful job picking these young talented young women, all that hard work of training for 5 years really paid off. Hope XG brings more bangers in 2024, lets go APHAZ.

Hinata is really expressive in this song. She described herself as chameleon in one of the interviews because she can adjust to other member's style to make the song sound better. IMO, that's why she does a lot of supporting role and act like a glue/binder of the group.
