If no one has mentioned it yet, they always try to do a live video on Vlive every year around their debut anniversary. Some of the scenes were from blackpink house, a reality type show they did. (Well worth watching) The scene where Lisa is crying and they all ran to her, she had seen a disabled blink in the audience. They had security bring him backstage so they could speak to him and take pictures with him.

Rose' on Sea of Hope is OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD!!! She also has various cover songs she has released each one more stunning than the last. Rose' may actually have the most music out there of the whole group. And that voice,... I don't know where that voice is coming from. But her vocal skills are jaw-dropping.

'The Show' has live content of songs from The Album, but there's no public. Coachella is quite stunning in their execution. But my favorite concert is the sold out Tokyo Dome with 55,000 people sheering. They really let loose in that concert, and they perform the B sides of their mini albums. It is very hyped. Their encore with the Remix of 'Du Ddu Du' is out of this world, the hype !!!

The scene where Jisoo is accepting the award while Rosé, Jennie and Lisa are crying has a special place. Jisoo was mc’ing the show and had to speak because all the members were crying. MC CHOO! I have seen this video quite a few times and still tear up. I highly recommend watching the Lisa documentary. Bring your tissues too. 💖

I think that as individuals they are so mesmerizing, right? you just fall in love with each one of them. Their stories, their personalities,.... And all of that talent. And then how they obviously feel about each other. We all wish we had such supportive friends as these. When you watch behind the scenes of each members solo projects, who is there?... the other 3 members at there supporting them. That really tells you how much they love each other.

People often forget that the girls themselves don’t want to withhold anything from fans. They don’t care about chasing KZbin views or award shows - they don’t attend many award shows anymore because they refuse to be used for their fame, but receive the bare minimum in return despite outselling and outshining so many nominees. They’re in the same boat as Blinks most of the time because they’ve made the songs, they’ve made the albums, they’ve practiced the choreo, etc. but they’re waiting on YG entertainment’s permission to release it all. They just want to make music and share it with their fans, but they’re at the mercy of their company.

Blackpinks brother Group aka Bigbang (the OG's of Kpop) had only around 3 Full Albums in their 16-year-old Carrier, for K Pop it's not a high number. They recently had a Comeback with the Song still life, it's been 5 Years since they put out music because of the Military and one of the members tried to commit suicide and some other Drama. G Dragon the Leader of Bigbang is the reason JK wanted to become a Singer, Bigbang are the ones that did the first Lightsticks in K Pop History and also the ones that started the Crazy Hair Colors, the comeback Trailers, Story Arcs and the first Idol Group that wrote and produced their own Songs.

Now you have to see their reality shows, Blackpink House & 24/365. Oh and by the way, there are several Blackpink dance practices to most of their music that they released videos of. So you can see the entire choreography they memorized to each song. They are really impressive, just as dancers and as a collective group of dancers.

Blackpink is so talented and so sweet. 💕 I don't understand why they get so much hate, specially Jennie (People hate her just for breathing when she's literally so kind and an angel 😭) I really love their music and as a fan is really hard to wait because as you said, in kpop idols have more music and comebacks but ok.. comebacks are hard to do in Korea because one song goes through a lot of people... from the artists, the producer, the arranger, the MV producers, directors, and that person who decides when to post it...... it's always 50-50 chance that it will blow up or ignored ..... too much other groups to compete with everyday!!

I understand the whole “quality over quantity” but at this point I mean.. they’re in the top worldwide k-pop groups. When you listen to Jennie saying "let's not give up", is that YG was under criminal investigation for numerous offenses, such as YG himself embezzling company funds for his gambling. There was legitimate fear at that time that YG may close shop as a company due to the criminal investigations, the crash of their stock price and a cash crunch. So, it was not just a Blackpink issue that Jennie was expressing her concern about and she was not being a drama queen, the concerns about Blackpink ever returning because of YG's issues were legitimate. The other issue with comebacks you are missing is that they have one producer Teddy Park, IMO the best producer in all Kpop. And no, NO ONE can replace him. You could actually replace any of the girls (I pray that doesn't happen), but Teddy you can not. He is the creator of each and every song and MV. But Teddy also runs the sublabel "Black Label" with several other artists that he also produces. So Teddy can only do so much.

It’s not just that they had so few comebacks but that they kept not releasing a full album. They all talk about how they’re recording and dance training constantly still (under the terms of their contract) so they’re putting in all the work and it’s not like they don’t have music? Their contract is up soon (in2023?) and from what I can tell YG owns “BlackPink” so their choices are to stay or go their separate ways? So in their last several years potentially, they got no music?! It’s definitely disappointing. I just hope they have a BIG comeback before the end!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. And if not, I hope one day when they #freeblackpink we’ll get tons of content forever. They’re all true performers in their souls, I’ll be a fan of each of them for life, for sure.

This clip is about the friendship of BP, but you talked about it, and I haven't heard anyone else talk about this or support it, only talk negative on it. and it is the amount of come backs, or the long hiatus between comebacks, 1 year after "As If its Your Last", 2017/DDu du ddu du 2018/Kill this love 2019/How you like that 2020. and now the new comeback is more than 500 days since the last release. but to some crazy marketing scheme, BlackPink is still the top Girl Group in Kpop with no release in 2021 or 2022 thus far, this month was the first time another group (G-Idle) put up a fight and grabbed the #1 spot by a few thousand points, but it is because they just had a come back. but I did get side tracked, I think BlackPink is fine with a long hiatus, as other groups who have many comebacks, also have stress build ups and always working long hours, fatigue, etc. BlackPink has many months of down time, relax hours when not working, thus they are able to manage there stress levels better, living there best lives, travels when Covid allows it. some talk about Twice having no personal time because they are always doing a comeback, or even many years back, Nine Muses did a KZbin clip on how hectic there lives were while they were performing, and the effects it took on there group. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rXfXY2t9hc5jlZo So let BlackPink enjoy there time away from the music and performances, and yes, they may be more involved in there side promotions like part time models. but they are still great, BlackPink will always be your area. Unpopular opinion- Pop Idol industry takes young girls and trains them, how to act, how to dance, how to sing, but establishes rules that governs their life. They make a promise of success if the girls follow through with their training and if the girls fail they are immediately removed. Name a group that this kind of resembles? Cult. When you are in a cult the cult leader gives direction in everything you do. Hell they even tell you who you can have relationships with (same as idols) they have an overwhelming control over your life. You don't say anything bad about your CEO or the cult leader. True, BP has achieved an overwhelming amount of success but they also had to sacrifice alot to get where they are. Again I said it was an unpopular opinion, but alot of K-Pop idols have to undergo an agreement with the Industry elite to get where they are now.
