Ultraman Geed is an acronym, the translated name means something close to "sitting around won't get us anywhere", thr main character also says it everytime he is about to transform into Ultraman Geed

The reason why the alphabet is written as "GEED" is explained by the main character in the story. "GEED" is a coined word that combines "GE", the first two letters of "gene", and "DE", the first two letters of "destiny", reversed and turned into "ED". Because Ultraman Geed's father is an evil Ultraman, he has the evil gene and is initially misunderstood by those around him as being an evil person. He calls himself ``GEED'', which means ``to change his destiny through the genes he inherited from his father.''
