I LOVE this bike. Sold my Factory edition 450 for this bike. So much more fun to ride!! I will probably never buy a 450 again

Is it just me that can't understand why they make a 350 mx bike? I mean, I understand for Enduro, where there are no size classes.. but in motocross it's kinda pointless cause it's too big to compete in the 250's, but not powerful enough to be competitive against the 450's.. just like KTM's 150SX..

because it outsells both the 250s and 450s since play riders, practice day riders and vets out number people who are serious about racing and class structure

El Masquato I've ridden the KTM 350.. I never said it was a bad bike.. just that I didn't understand why they made it...

@darius - KTM had planned to go all 350 back before DeCoster signed on but he told them they will never get a top American rider to sign on to race a 350 vs 450s so the 350 became a play bike and the 450 got a complete redesign so they could get Dungey on board.

darius bekker A 350 can go justbas fast as a 450 with the right rider on it. They are almost as powerful as 450s, so you aren't giving up much. But what you are getting is a bike that can rev out higher than 450s, and hold onto gears longer. They are only down like 2-3ft lbs of torque. But they are gunna be a lot lighter (in feel, not actual weight) due to the lower amount of rotating mass in the engine. With how fast and powerful 350s and 450s are, it's not even about having a faster bike, it's all about having your bike suited to your riding style perfectly. I know someone who's a pro, who had a factory edition 450, but got rid of it for a 350 because it suits his style better. He was fast enough to come from not riding much besides like twice at a private track, to running in the top 3 with the local pros at a race at the local fair. The funny part is he warwasnt even signed up in the class. He just pulled up right before they took off, and got off a lap before he would've won
