Thanks! We have a few good roads. This is not far from my house.

Looks like a great ride through the hills there! Nice town you stopped in too. Now I'm tempted to take a cruiser for a ride for something different! My last cruiser ride was 9 years ago and only the 2nd one I've ever ridden, the first being in 1998. Good looking bike mate, you'll have some fun on that!

Thanks. Just something a little different. I wanted to see how the reliability is on the Indians. Most folks seem to have good luck with them.

What a nice road to ride! Exhaust note was perfect. Our friend has a 2022 Chieftain and he loves it. That looked really enjoyable, ride safe & *T4S*

Great video! Great music! Great bike! You have a new subscriber! How long was that ride? Was a day trip or over a couple days?
@azdesertdog6 ай бұрын
Thanks for subscribing! It was a short ride about 180 miles. I did it in one day.

Looks like a good steed. I did an Indian dealership test ride a few years ago, seemed like nice bikes. I enjoyed the FTR1200 most of all.

This bike is an experiment for the future. I looked at the FTR. It was too close to the 1090 oddly enough.

The Indian looks and sounds great! I live in North Scottsdale and your video has motivated me to prep for a ride north tomorrow. Thinking 89A?

Thanks! Hope you have a safe ride. Be careful when you get to Jerome. The police cheif up there is not too bike freindly.

Nice. I’ve had a few cruiser’s. My favorite was a Harley Sportster though not really a cruiser imo since it had mid controls. Last was a Victory Kingpin I really liked. Test ridden a few Indians, what a strong engine.

I'm experimenting with this for the future. I really like it so far.

I've been riding for 43 years, but I've never owned a cruiser. I see the appeal, especially now that I'm getting old and climbing up on my Super Tenere isn't as easy as it was a decade ago.
@azdesertdog6 ай бұрын
I've been strictly dirt oriented for the last 25 years. Dirt hike, dual sport and ADV. I had to give up dirt bikes last year. The cruiser is an experiment with the style and with indian. Before I retire I have some long distance pavement trips. I'm not a sport touring or touring guy. The Indian Springfield caught my eye. If the scout works out I may go that route.
@GunNut370866 ай бұрын
@@azdesertdog I've been eyeing the Indian scout for a few years, but I can't give up my ADV bike yet even though I should.
@azdesertdog6 ай бұрын
Check out my Bonneville videos. I set my T100 up to do some light off road. It might and option to get you out if ADV but give you an option if you want to get a little dirt in.

Thanks for watching. I'm 6'1" 250. I find it pretty comfortable. But I'm used to dirt bikes and adventure bikes. I found that floorboards are a nice addition.

I’ve been seriously considering selling my Africa Twin and buying an Indian. What do you think about it? Is it a good move? I still have my TW200 for off road. Do you like the Indian?
@azdesertdog6 ай бұрын
The Scout is an experiment. I do enjoy it. I want too see how I like the cruiser at this point in my life. Test Indian reliability. I will let you know. My plan is a larger Indian. There are some long pavement trips I'd like to take before I retire.
@lawman11920006 ай бұрын
@@azdesertdog Same here. I was looking at the Pursuit but they are expensive. I plan to test ride one soon.

Same for me with my KTM 1290 Super Adventure R! I'm over the adventure bikes. I don't use my KTM enough for what it was meant for to justify having it. I would get a lot more use out of a cruiser.
