I'll have to wait until Shimano releases a cable less electronic derailleur because I'm not giving up my XTR to ride an updated trail bike!
@Spencerrathkamp3 ай бұрын
Ok that’s fair! Or run shimano brakes with sram drivetrain
@BikingNL0003 ай бұрын
not possible to run this bike with conventional derailleur?

Would you pick the stumpjumper 15 over the epic evo? To do everything from xc to enduro

Would you throw a 160 on this? I weigh 215lbs geared and ride black desert terrain.

Yeah you absolutely could.

Looks good tho! Still Evo 22 pretty good bike right? 😉
@Spencerrathkamp3 ай бұрын
Yeah forsure! It feels very similar to the evo, just a smidge more compliant

they turned it into one bike because they cant afford to make two diff skus in this musty market. great strategy but def didnt do it for the consumer.

My last Specialized was the 2019 Stumpy before they split it in two. This is essentially just putting it back the way it was and I'm all for it. One bike to do everything.
