First Ride with my 1989 Vespa PK 50 XL 1!

I recently picked up this Vespa and got it registered today so I decided to test it out!
It needs a little work: The throttle needs a bit of work, probably a carb cleaning since it sat for 2 years.
It also needs a new paintjob but all will be done!

Michas gracias , tengo 3 en vista . Una pk 50 xl automatica ( la mas bonita comparacion precio - estado ) 11mil kilómetros Y otras dos manuales Que recomendaciones me das al momento de verlas tu que tienes una . El estado de la chapa , y algo mas ?

@@GORDOS-sk8 I have not driven an automatic one yet, but the manual one is fun, but you have to get used to the gear switches. Since you change gears by rotating your wrists, and not with your feet. You have to watch out for rust, espacially where you rest your feet. Look under the fenders and open up the sides (which you can with little knobs under the seats). In the manual ones, look if the clutch disconnects properly, check if you can switch gears easily and if all gears work Todavía no he conducido uno automático, pero el manual es divertido, pero hay que acostumbrarse a los cambios de marcha. Ya que se cambia de marcha girando las muñecas y no con los pies. Hay que tener cuidado con el óxido, sobre todo donde apoyas los pies. Mire debajo de los guardabarros y abra los costados (lo cual puede hacer con pequeñas perillas debajo de los asientos). En los manuales, mira si el embrague se desconecta correctamente, comprueba si puedes cambiar de marcha fácilmente y si todas las marchas funcionan.
