Thrilling play with moody, wake me up.... 🇫🇷🇫🇷

Whoever’s making overly and constant negative comments about Stan Moody needs to get their head checked. The guy is 18, already achieved more than any of you haters have in cue sports, and most likely in life in general. Snooker is a thinking man’s sport - there are no time limits for a reason. And it a defensive game, it’s in the name. Criticising his slow play is not dissimilar to criticising a basketball team for scoring too many points. Why don’t you enjoy the talents of a young man who has dedicated his life to something, instead of sitting there hating on an 18 year old behind your keyboards sat at home? Pathetic!

I agree, Stan is already a great player and he improves step by step, i think he will have a fantastic carrer because he's serious and he enjoys the game!! Let them talk, they're just fools.

Are you his dad? Because if you're not you need to understand that people have opinions about a wide range of topics and a legitimate right to air them on social media. Apologies if you live in North Korea.
@willpiper78803 күн бұрын
@ That’s a bit of a personal question Ken, but no I’m not. Boring comeback though honestly, and the North Korea stuff, give it a rest 🥱 So Ken, what is all the abuse about? Of an 18 year old? Playing the game he loves? Because he takes an extra few seconds per shot than top pros? You seem to be representing these people Kenneth so maybe you can shed some light on why full grown adults see the need to badmouth this guy. Embarrassing. And a real illustration of how cruel social media gone wrong. PS Ken… I am your father 🌌

@@willpiper7880people are entitled to an opinion tho my friend.. everyone gets he is a 18 year old lad enjoy himself at the minute but he has chosen snooker has his career path and at this moment in time isn’t doing too well at it. I’d love to see him do well he is a nice lad but at the moment he doesn’t look like he has the nerves for the game or to go anywhere near the top let’s put it that way.. and you say people are abusing him and then say he’s done better than most of them in life. So you have a go at people for having their say then reply with that because that makes sense. Am sure most people are doing just has well he’s made £47,000 this year minus his tax.. coaching fees, managers fees and his flights and hotels I wouldn’t say he’s better than most. I agree he’s still young and let’s all hope he improves but it will have to be a drastic improvement in the next few years and I think we all know that deep down.

Thats a bad day in the office for Stan who has already beaten Anda this year. For those that dont follow snooker, hes actually in the top 40 in the world this year, and one bad tourney shouldnt impede him too much. Dust yourself down and go again.

I was there in the front row for the whole match (me with big specs) and I can say he played very very well against a top 16 player in the world there was no shame losing in a decider to a wonderful guy like Zhang Anda, any other day the kid would've won.

He'll never win a quarter final of a major never mind a final. He folds like a deckchair during a first and second round. Its a shame because his practice game is on par with Mark Williams but as soon as he's under the spot light he's worse than a social club player.
