Just got this little instrument called the Orba by Artiphon. It is pretty fun to mess with even for someone not as specialized in electric music

the sound comes from the Orba? or is it hooked up to your computer or something?

It's from the orba pre-built in, you can also change the presets in an application you can download onto the computer

I've seen people use it more practicaly set up to a daw with digital instruments. I am nothing close to that level of skill
