I don't like to stereotype people, but the haldiram guy had it coming. He is the typical West-Delhi trader with a foul mouth and passive aggressive behaviour. They generally behave rudely with everyone from parking attendants, waiters, delivery guys etc. It is in their upbringing. I can say this as i have seen them from up close. I stay close to the west delhi area and had such specimens in my school as well. Maan-baap se seekhte hain, aur yeh cycle hamesha chalta rehta hai. This guy will in turn pass on these genes to his kids.
