How does this solve there problem? The plastic they bury will last for years. All plastic should be recycled and they can make a few bucks. I have no problem dumping trash in ponds with dirt on top. Watching TV programs show me this nation have a hard working population. Don't let trash delete your hard work.

Alot of the wood garbage can be burned instead of being covered over by dirt, these people are backwards, and also look at the garbage in the pond and field across the road, its a shame these people have done this to their own country.
