Thank you for STARTING the old girl up. By my home every Veterans day, there are a whole block of those great restoration 2-1/2 & 5 Tonner. The guys keep them in great shape. The swift Boat Group pull Restored Vietnam PBR through the Parade. The Group owns two PBRs. In summer , local Marina. They take people for a Ride. They have all the Weapons on board ( barrels welded shut) they even have a multi Barrel mini gun on one. They look like they would, coming out of the boat yard, before being put on ships to Vietnam. They have a book ( photo album) at a sign in table for rides. All the photos and history of vessels. The guys are full of real world usage.

If you guys run into another multi-fuel like that. Take the two slotted screws off of the cover where the engine stop is and work the small arm that's in there back and forth with the cover off. That plunger you were tapping on will break VERY easily (ask me how I know) just tapping on it. Another note, with the oil filters being upside-down, some of these trucks will take up tp 45 seconds to start building oil pressure. Mine will sometimes not build oil pressure for almost a minute in the winter.

Still watching this BUT pull the handle UP between the seats which is the hi/lo for the transfer case and then put the tranny in 3rd and let the clutch out after you have the manual fuel shut off handle pushed IN! Switch on just for the heck of it. She ought to fire and you pulled it enough to run it out of fuel with a full tank. Poor Wiley. God Bless and Happy Weekend!
