You can tell from the start of this video that these guys really do need some supervision the way they're dumping that out there on the road they could have backed in at an angle and then I would have got on the road instead of trying to back straight in and pull forward are just dumped it off there in that big hole

I think what he's saying is that the dirt was moved more than it needed to be. Starting from the original spot you work your way down emptying trucks right into the ditch.

Some of the ignorant comments below are due to not understanding that the operator is using the dozer as a compactor. He is actually very good with an oversized machine in a tight area. I know. I operate a D3, D8, and D11.

This was a perfect example of a perfect storm of messing up. The dozer driver has to build a working platform for the trucks. He had no plan of action to get job done. The trucks were all over the place in dumping their loads. The manager in pink shirt had no organizational skills. They made this job way to hard to complete. Failure all around

Es que es un absurdo colocar las volquetes atravesadas en la via. Debería entrar en línea con la via y así realiza la descarga sin problemas y tiene una salida más fácil. Y hombre, llene ese agujero primero y no se ponga a dar vueltas con el tractor.
