First start to the 1971 Sterling Nova PT.2

This is the first start of my 1971 Sterling Nova.
I still have a lot to accomplish before I would consider it fully road worthy, cosmetics mostly and cleaning up the wiring, but all in all, this is a huge milestone for this project. I appreciate y’all for following along.

in the uk here, first saw one back in the 70's but here they were/are called a Nova. Still look like something out of a sci fi movie. The paint looks great on yours. I recon there must be a fair few just sat waiting to be found as the body wont rust.. looking foward to the rest of your videos

These where sold in Great Britain v w Beatle power .not a proper V8 the gearbox beings the problem in U K . The roof can lift the hole car 🚗 up if it turns onto it roof the sales buff said for safety. There was one in the Cannon ball film 🎥. But you know all that ..this one sounds epic 😎

@ole_cade sounds aggressive. Great work. What setup did you use for motor, trans and drivetrain?

@ole_cade do you think that moving the fuel tank up front will cause problems as far as space for ypur battery and hydrauclic setup gor your canopy?

It would interfere with the cooling system, and hydraulics
