First start up in 10 yrs Sea Ray OMC 7.5 460

bought a 87 Sea Ray with a 460 Ford engine. Boat been sitting for over 10 yrs.

Yep that impeller is fried. That water in the cabin is from rain. It's most likely down in your bulk head and probably rotting your stringers out

I used a shop vac and everything looks good. Also, shampoo the carpet. Its looks and smells so good, No mold. We use the boat all the time now. Yes, the impeller was fried. That's why I put a new on in. The old one was supper old and had to put a new one in anyways.

The omc cobra is known for stick shift cables. I hope you paid next to nothing for that boat
