Thank you so much for that! So sweet! And I’m so glad that we can walk this path of progression for what we long for together 💛 the daily mundane things are so peaceful and exciting. We spend like 98% of our lifespan in normal day life not super exciting highlights (graduations, vacations, etc)

I love how real you are, both on here and on Instagram. It’s actually nice not to see a post from you every single day on there (not that I don’t want to see stuff from you 😂🤣) because then it’s clear that it’s not forced, I can totally tell you post only what you want, when you want. Like a Normal Person 😂

OMG!!!!!!!! Wait this is like my new favorite comment… that’s such cool perspective and I love that 🥲 I’ve felt before like “I should post daily if I don’t want to loose following I’ve gained” but like it’s not important like that idk being off is 10,000 times more valuable to me 💛🫶🏻

Omg I have seen the loss of creativity in my students!! I have many that are basically incapable of coming up with something to draw out of their own brains, and beg to look up things online to copy from. Professional artists use references of course, but for a developing talent it’s vital to be able to come up with ideas on your own, too. Both in art and other areas

I never thought about meditation like that! I thought of you so many times when I was in labor because I watched you power through it twice and as much as I tried I couldn’t do it. I didn’t really have an expectation when I went into it as far as meds went though. Everyone would ask what I wanted and I just said I’d see how it went because I wanted to get as far as I could on my own first and then decide. After roughly 27 hours of labor, ZERO sleep, and only just getting to 7cm I was done and had to get the epidural. I will forever give you so much credit for how you handled labor and delivery. I was a complete basket case anxiety wise and that probably made everything worse.

Omg I listened to that episode of the same sis! The detachment from the phone thing spoke to me. Back in high school I can remember being connected at the hip to my phone. Now though, I’m so detached from it I have to remind myself to bring it with me to work. It’s honestly freeing, and I am so much happier. Obviously I love the connection it gives me to friends I don’t get to see often, but in day to day life I feel like it’s not that important.

Same from high school attachment to now! Also remembering at moments liek wait I do need my phone bc if something bad happened I need that connection. But dang it feels so good to not even have the weight of the phone in your pocket. I swear it’s physiological or something
