Hi there! 😃 By default, the plugin creates a page called "YITH POS", with the "/pos" slug. So, if your site is mystore.com, the access link will be mystore.com/pos, and you can also access the page from the backend, from the top left menu dropdown. The plugin includes an option to select the page you want to use for the POS system, you can see it in this video at 09:25. Hi again,@@nasserahmad578 😃 We don't recommend specific printers, our plugin uses the browser print feature in order to print receipts so basically any printer that can be connected to the computer and is detected by the browser can be used to print receipts. How can the inventory be in sync with that for the website, such that the inventory reduces regardless of where the order was placed, either through website or from the POS ?

Hi there! 😃 YITH Point Of Sale For WooCommerce works natively with WooCommerce and connects to your shop so the stock is synced between your online store and the POS system. All orders processed on the POS registers will be automatically synced and the stock will be reduced. Hi there! 😃 If you're asking about having multiple cashiers for your registers then yes, you can set as many cashiers as you want to per store as you can see in this video at 03:21 but only one cashier or manager can be logged in in each register at a time. In case you're asking about assigning each order to more than one customer then no, you can only choose one customer per order, create a new user profile, or proceed as a guest. What card readers are compatible with the YITH POS?

Hi there! 😃 The payments are not processed on the POS system so your card reader does not have to be connected to our plugin. All payments must be processed manually so when you process an order, you have to select the payment method on the POS system, let's say "Chip and Pin", and then process the payment on your own, manually. By clicking on "Pay" on the POS screen afterward, you'll mark the order as paid with the "Chip and Pin" method. Hi there! 😃 Yes, you can use a barcode scanner connected to the computer where you have the POS register open, click on "Scan product", and then scan the code with the barcode scanner. Keep in mind that if you only use YITH Point Of Sale For WooCommerce, you'll have to scan the code entered as SKU. But if you use it together with YITH WooCommerce Barcodes and QR Codes, you'll be able to generate barcodes for your products and scan them. i have a question if i want to see the profite how can i do it, can i set the product buy price so that i can detect the profite. And what about the product variation can i see products by size and colour in Register?

Hi there! 😃 As shown at 18:51 in this video tutorial, it's necessary to enter the payment method and total amount paid in order to process the order so it is not possible for the plugin to set half as paid and half as pending. What you could do is set a shipping for the order (it could be local pickup) so the order is then seen on WooCommerce > Orders with the "Processing" status, and divide the payment into two payment methods like PayPal and cash on delivery. These two payment methods and the related amounts will be visible on the order details page, it would then be up to you to charge the customers for the remaining balance and mark the order as "Completed". Hi there! 😃 Our plugins, YITH Point Of Sale For WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor / Marketplace, are not integrated so they cannot be used together that way. What you can do is create each grocery shop as a different store in the Point of Sale dashboard and add the correct manager and cashiers to each store, that way cashiers will be able to log in and process sales only for their own stores. You can see how to create a store in this video, at 02:36, and the login page at 12:06. If by "synchronize sales between physical shop and virtual shop" you mean to decrease stock from the same count for sales processed on both types of stores, that can be done by default, by not enabling the multi-stock option you can see here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-point-of-sale-for-woocommerce/settings/stock-management/. Hi. How can I integrate the barcode to POS. When I try to scan the barcode generated by barcode generator with a barcode scanner, it says item not found in the Point of Sale?

Hi there! 😃 To scan the products in the POS screen, make sure you have selected the "Scan barcode" field on your computer and have the scanner connected to it or to the same WiFi network in case you're using a mobile device to scan. You have two options to scan codes: with YITH Point Of Sale For WooCommerce alone, you can enter the code in the SKU field of the product edit page and then scan it, or use the plugin together with YITH WooCommerce Barcodes and QR Codes so you can generate barcodes/QR codes and scan them in the POS screen.
