Hello. I have a WordPress site and I want to sell products by voucher code that I give it to customers, so the payment here is not by credit card or other payment methods, instead the payment done by voucher code that already bought offline by customer ... is this plugin will be useful in my situation?

Hi there! 😃 In order for gift cards to work and be used to buy products on the site, they must be created first either because customers buy them online or because you create them yourself in your admin dashboard as shown in this video at 01:49 and in this guide: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/premium-version-guide/dashboard-create-and-manage-gift-cards/. So, if you don't want them buying the gift cards, you can create them yourself and share the codes with your customers. Hi again,@@mustafaebado2255 😃 When customers want to use a gift card code created in your shop, they can add product(s) to the cart as usual and then enter the gift card code in the dedicated field in the cart or checkout similar to how they would use a coupon code. If the gift card balance is enough to pay for the order, they won't need to choose an additional payment method. I'm looking for a gift card plugin where the customer can pay with the gift card, even if they are using a discount code which cannot be combined with other offers. Too many of the plugins are just basically treating a "giftcard" the same as a "coupon" so what ends up happening is that if a customer wants to take advantage of a special sale code, they cannot also pay with their gift card. Can nyou please tell me if yours works in this case? The video does not show it. Thanks

Hi there! 😃 Yes, gift cards created with our YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin can be used together with coupons, even with those that are configured to exclude sale items.
