Not a bad idea, but only after Miami and Clemson join either the big 10 or SEC, and the SEC and Big 10 split from the rest of college football. The strength of schedules are just too wide ranging. Allow the rest of college football to have a more traditional model. And allow the big boys to be a glorified minor league.
