First Test Supercharged Dodge Dakota R/T

In this video we finish up the Supercharged Dodge Dakota R/T project truck and take it out for a test with the new procharger supercharger. We fix the boost leak at the airhate with a new aluminum spacer and then quickly discover a boost leak after a hose popped off. The truck still isn't hitting full boost so we check the belt and it appears to be slipping and we should probably replace the supercharger belt. We take the tension off the belt and remove it so we can purchase a new one and talk about plans for this truck!

I've had boost piping pop loose too, ended up using better clamps made for boosted applications. I have a couple of joints that don't have a rib though to help hold it in place. Great to see you back at it!

i tried to drag race my very fun, fast glhs charger number 663,it spun in 3 gear an ran like 10.00 flat with bad torque steer,had 12 pounds of boost an turbo,intercooled. most fun car i ever drove an amazingly fast..2483 pounds,an 30 miles per gallon, carrol shelby done good on the turbo dodges,but they can have the phords an shelbys an shit.....mustangs..
