If you want to know more about Dimash as a person I highly recommend "The Ultimate Dimash Guide" by LiLaSi, it's super well made. It's split into different parts(12 for now, though she's intending to cut it down to 10 once she's done updating it and merging some chapters), and since she created it with reactors in mind you shouldn't have any copyright issues.

I love your reaction. But, please, you have to stop several times because you can get in trouble with YT, if you don't do it. To avoid copyright issues it is best to make Dimash a lot smaller and stop at least 3 times. We Dears have watched all the songs hundreds of times so most if us aren't bothered by stopping. We love to watch other people falling in love with Dimash and experience the same feelings we had. And still have. Btw, if you don't want to cry, watch the music video BE WITH ME or SMOKE. Joanne... Dimash dedicated this song to a young Dear of his who was terminally ill. She wanted to go to his concert but was too sick to attend. Her nurses at the hospital contacted Dimash's team and when he found out, he stopped his rehearsals and went to meet her. She passed away very soon after that meeting. Did you see the tears in his eyes while singing ANGEL LOVE 😢💞❣ Thanks much for your emotional reaction to and appreciation of Dimash's music and artistry 🙏🎼🙏

@@TellJoanneReacts Last year was hard on Dimash. He also lost his grandfather, who with his grandmother raised him until he was 12, which is Kazakh tradition. Dimash loved him so deeply. He has lost beloved teachers to c0vid, and awhile back one of his closest friends was murdered by a robber. He knows suffering, and he knows love.

Joanne, Dimash is a gift from God, and angel here on earth. He sings with his pure voice and with full emotion for the song, and you don't just hear him, you FEEL his music. His voice and his music reaches your heart and soul, and when it does, you can't help but cry. It's OK, all of us Dears do this every day. Be forewarned, you will develop the "Need" to listen to him every day. Most Dears do. This was a very touching song dedicated to a Dear suffering from cancer and couldn't make it to his concert, so he visited her in the hospital, but she had since past. Yes, Dimash, besides being super talented, he is a very loving, kind and respectful human being.

What a beautiful and hearffelt reaction. I think its safe to say, we've all been there and continue to be there with his songs. Sure, the emotions may be different, but speaking to the heart and soul....the same. Even his light hearted, fun music speaks to a different emotion, excitement. Don't listen to people who want an uninterrupted stream. They can watch the song on dimash's official YT account. And you react and such interruptions also protect against blocking in a way. Dimash dedicated this song to his very young fan who dreamed of being at the concert. Unfortunately, she didn't make it because the cancer won, but fortunately Dimash visited her in the hospital. In this way, he fulfilled at least part of her dream.

His mother sings opera. His father sings more contemporary. His grandparents are involved in the music scene in Kazakhstan. He has studied voice since age 5. He has a masters in music and is working on a doctorate in composition. By all accounts, he practices every day for hours. Dimash takes his music seriously. I have seen interviews and clips in which his words make it quite clear that music is his love and his passion. He has said that his goal is to transmit feeling to his listeners. As far as I and his other Dears are concerned, he has succeeded. With the exception of his lighter, cheeky music videos, I weep like a baby every time I listen to him. His voice goes straight to my animal brain and enables me to grieve for all that is sad and broken in this life. No other music artist has done this for me at anywhere near the this depth. I love him, pure and simple.

For those who remember, Renat Gaissin, who composed this song, is the author of the song "Qairam Elim" (2020) whose video was directed by Dimash himself and was the winning song for an audience choice on the American MTV in 2020 (Renat Gaissin appears in the video playing the piano). He also made together with Dimash the instrumental song "River Of Love", where Dimash plays the dombra, a Kazakh folk instrument, and the song “Omir Oter” Renat Gaissin composed the melody while traveling by plane, thinking about how to describe love. Dimash then requested that the song be featured on the Chinese program "I'm a Singer" and a Chinese ending was added (written by musician Lin Weilin, at Dimash's request) in addition to the Kazakh verse.

He dedicated this song to a Dear that passed away. She died from leukemia, I believe in 2019. He invited her to his concert but sadly passed away before that event. But she did get to meet him, he visited her in the hospital.
