His family name is Fujii not Fuji. Kaze means wind in Japanese. All of his songs are so good. Pls check Matsuri live version. He released many MV and Live performance. There is nothing which disappoints you.

Far as I know, he only performs this extended dramatic piano intro in live performances. The studio version just starts with the quieter tinkering part. :) His performamce of it in a more recent concert started with a saxophone, so he changes it up from time to time. Your pronunciation of his name is near perfect. His given name is Kaze. Also, I love the way you say the song title. It's very sexy. Just like the song itself. Makes me think that this is the way it's meant to be said. Lol.
