Great reaction as always! I love how you take your time with the lyrics, and with trying to name the members despite watching other groups, which can make it really tough. You got Rami! Then came Rora, followed by Pharita then Chiquita(also got her correct). Ruka was the first rapper, followed by Asa, and Ahyeon wasn’t in this MV (and not in Stuck in the Middle either), which is why Sheesh is considered their official debut. This one, along with Sheesh were intentionally made in the classic “YG style” with the beat drops and synths, etc (and the inclusion of the classic “YG party” ending - Forever actually doesn’t really have the party ending, they just take it up a notch, which surprised a lot of people who were expecting it). On the other hand, these girls are so incredibly versatile that they are also able to pull off Dream, Stuck in the Middle, Like That, and Forever perfectly as well! Asa is actually the rapper you pointed out, and she actually wrote and composed on the track as well (making her an Ace, and giving her the nickname Acesa, since she sings as well)!! Both she and Ruka have lots of swag, but in different ways. Ruka was just born with YG DNA in her blood so she’s got the classic cool YG swag, and then Asa is a machine-gun fire rapper who was rapping Godzilla at 14 years old with scary amounts of ease, and shes got much more of the sassy, “boss baby” type of swag. Part of the reason that people were looking to hate on Baemon when they debuted (and even since) - and therefore hated on Batter Up a lot - is because they are marketed at so over-powered (which they ARE) and thats therefore dangerous to everyone else. And when it comes to burning themselves out, while many idols nowadays have around 1-3 years of training on average, the least amount of training a Baemon member has is Chiquita with only 2.5/3ish years (and despite being 13 when chosen for the group, she has an almost unprecedented growth rate). The rest of the girls trained for about 3.5-6 years, and many of them began around 10 years old. YG refuses to debut any idol who is not fully prepared (and therefore is slower about debuting groups, like they completely missed 4th gen when it comes to girl groups), and so unlike some of the others in their generation (or even other generations), the girls received a thorough preparation period, and YG’s entire goal with them was to create monsters of the industry, and so he made sure YGE’s little princesses were built to LAST. If you really want to appreciate these girls and their efforts, I’d watch either the member announcement video and/or member reaction to the member announcement vid and then follow it up with the Dream MV (which does include Ahyeon as it was prior to her health hiatus). Its a gorgeous song, although a bit slower, and I’ve watched many grown men and women tear up over it (dont even get me started on the girls’ performance of it in Thailand, they could barely make it through). They really explain why so many of us go so hard for these girls, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

"Like That" is always fav by inter fan. Btw you should react to the guild, if you don't have time. But start and their begining is always enjoyable. Fyi, the badass vibe is Ruka. the swagy fast rapper is Asa. This's not on her top three rap verse. She's a lot potential to be the best girl rapper in kpop.
